Special Cooking Demo TheFoodHall with yukmakan.com for May was held at TheFoodHall Grand Indonesia last Saturday, May 24th, 2014. Featuring Chef Rudy Takarianta Karnajaya an Executive Chef in one of prestigious hotel in Jakarta.
Chef Rudy present his special menu for Beef Lovers. He presents Blackened Beef Tenderloin Chop Salad as appetizer menu, Braised Beef with Tomato "Italian Style", and also Stirfied Beef "Korean Style" with Rice as the main course, and Vanilla Yogurt Panna Cotta with Blueberries for the dessert. His performance did attract the attention of the audience and the passing customers, as he shared his special recipe to all the audiences.
Chef Rudy started his career on 1986 and currently he works as executive chef in one of prestigious hotel in Jakarta. He is also an active member of Indonesian Professional Chef Association (ACP).
